Reduce your stress with music
If you are listening to music in a stress related situation, it really does matter, what kind of music you are listening to. If your body and souls system gear work at full throttle, some music will intensify your situation, instead of healing it. You will not be helped, if you are listening to heavy and strong energy music, or frustrated modern music, even these are your favorite music. Your body and souls system needs to be carefully rebuild. What you need, are beautiful, soft and steady tunes, with a clean harmony with a steady and pleasant rhythm. There are many cd´s with "new wave" music at the market, but these are not the music you need, because this music are made for emptying your mind in meditation. People who does not meditate, but want to have some kind of developments in their listening, should not use the new wave music for rebuilding their energy.
