To day, stress is one of the most common sickness in the world. We all live in a society, where we have to run faster, earn more money, meet other peoples bigger and bigger requirements, pestered by commercials, telling us to buy everything we don't need. -Shortly; we do not decide, how our life is going to be.
We will give you some small simple tips, about how you are able to reduce the stress on yourself.
There are many ways to reduce your stress. Some does it in the fitness center, this cost money, and you have forgotten your mind, some let the TV entertain you, or somebody runs hard, but you can not run away from your stress. You may feel, that your stress goes away in the moment you does this examples, but it will return afterwards.

Tip nr.1: Stimulate your own senses with simple means: Have you ever tried to smell and feel the silence of the forest, the park, the sea, listening to the sounds around you? If not, try it, because this is one of the natures own stress medicine. By doing this, all your senses will be stimulated. The more often you take your time to do this, the longer will this free stress medicine work at your body and soul's system.
Tip nr.2: I have no time or possibility to walk into the nature. What do I do? This question are often asked by the busy people. But even the busy people have a possibility to do something about their stress. And this will not take a lot of your time:
a) Take ten minutes break, sit down in a relaxing way, and tell your self: "My whole body and mind are now relaxing, and all my problems flies away." Repeat this (or an other positive sentence you decide), several times during the day. This kind of a sentence are a thousand years old technique called a mantra.
b) My work gives me no possibilities to take this kind of breaks. What do I do? One of your possibilities are in the evening, before you are going to sleep for the night.
Find a quiet and nice piece of music (Mozart, Vivaldi or something else) to listen to, lay down at your bed or on the sofa, and tell yourself: "My whole body and mind are now relaxing, and all my problems flies away." Repeat this (or an other positive sentence you decide), several times, until you are about to fall a sleep.
This kind of relaxing, are a simple way to self-suggestion (or meditation), everybody can do. It is a myth, that only some people are able to meditate, and that meditation only works, if you are sitting in a very difficult way.
