Are we all creative? Are creativity able to remove stress?

An article about creativity.

"Creativity? That's nothing for me, I have never been creative." Who haven't said this sentence at least one time in their life? "I cannot paint, draw, play music, write poems....." -But, creativity is not only artistic development. If you  one day have forgotten to buy something for your dinner, you will mix something from the food you have in your freezer or your fridge. You are creative! -Or, your electricity goes down, and everything goes dark, you find something to light up (candle, flashlight or something else), you are creative! Every day there are lots of daily examples of creative activities, but we don't think about it as creativity. We are all born creative, but somehow, we forgets, because we have not had the possibility to develop our talent. Still, there are some easy ways to  retrain our lost creativity:

These are small and simple examples, and as an extra gift, you will learn to relax your self from your daily stress:

Example 1:  is a very old exercise who reduces the stress on, and gets your concentration and creativity to be sharper. What you need for this exercise, are: A little bit of peace and quiet, a piece of paper, a compass and some crayons or other to paint with.

What you have to do: make a big circle, and smaller circles inside, where the circle lines crosses (example 1 and 2). 

The reason that we are using the circle is: the circle is the most calming figure for your eye and your mind, and with a compass, it is very easy to make. 

After you have drawn your circles, there will be many fields where the lines crosses. This fields need to be colorized. Use your favorite colors, and when you are finished, you have made your own "mandala", your own circle symbol. The colors you have chosen, are the best colors for your mind at this moment. You have made your own color therapy. 

When you have done this many times, you will notice, that every "mandala" looks different, and you want to do more about it. 

You can make other symbols in the circles, or write words that means something for you.

Example 2:  is a simple play on words. You only need peace and quiet, a piece of paper and a pencil. 

Close your eyes, and tell your body to relax. When you feel relaxed, think of a word, for example: a house. Then find another words, who have a relation to house- home.....and so on. Other words: car- transport- traffic.......  When you have done this many times, you could find instead of related words, rhyme words.

house- mouse- pause,  car- jar.......Later in the exercise, you could make small poems tike for example:

My good old house

are filled with mouse

cause who are fat?

my good old cat.

This simple exercises are an easy way to train your creativity, and in the same way, it works relaxing.
